I think that you should add Pork Roll to your menu. Pork Roll, Egg, and Cheese on a roll. It is known as the Jersey Breakfast.

Food is about a 5 out of 10. Owner is into the working class hero schtick. If they don't know you, you don't exist. Not friendly and the food isn't good enough to cover for the cooks gruff guy act.
